I have lived peacefully in shoreline apartments for over 2 years now. The facility is safe, quiet, and well maintained. The only time I ever had a problem (clogged disposal) maintenance had it fixed that same day.
I would rate Shoreline Apartments far above any others I have ever lived before.

Either you're being paid by the management company to post positive reviews to boost the score here, or you're on crack. Shoreline Apts is a bloody disaster- shoddily constructed, with fire doors falling off their hinges, crumbling concrete staircases, ants, termites, water leakage, broken exercise equipment that hasn't been fixed for months, complete lack of any sense of community...and we'll not even talk about the car vandalism and recent shooting.
If that's your idea of a "fantastic" place, you've got some issues.
