Would not recommend From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/20/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   The complex comes with asbestos and lead paint. Faucets have to be run 15 to 30 seconds to remove the lead from the water before it can be used. The apartments are not very soundproof. Neighbors can be heard easily through the walls, including loud cursing and what-not. Ant infestations occur and are difficult to deal with; the spiders seem to be taking care of that issue, but now there are spiders in the apartment. For two-bedroom apartments, there is only one parking space, which makes it difficult to find a roommate. Maintenance is prompt yet superficial. The item gets fixed on the surface, but the issue causing the problem initially remains.
