Shoreline Apartments

I enjoy my stay at this community. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/2/2008 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008   I am a real tenant and I would like to share my rental experiences with incoming tenants about this place. We stayed here for almost two years and now we are moving since we need a bigger place for growing family. Before this place, we have been renting for more than 10 years at various locations, New York, New Jersey, southern california, south bay area, etc, this place is one of the best apartments that we lived at, value wise, location wise. The managers are on-site and they are caring for tenants' need and requirements. Their work are professional. My maintenance requests are handled at reasonable time frame, not prompt, but I understand that they are overloaded with maintaining more than 200 units. The rent is affordable especially considering the location of the place. The complex is 50 yard away from the beach, a gate away from a elementary school and middle school, with good ratings, extremely convinient for family with school age kids. Close to shopping area, transbay bus to San Francisco. Taking a walk on the beach after work or during weekend is joyful. lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji
