Our family relocated to SF Bay Area from New York, New York. Before living in this apartment, we rented in New York City for many years. As a New Yorker, we know about apartments.
So far, we have lived in Shoreline Apartments for one and a half years. As satisfied customers, we'd be much happy to share some info with friends to this web site.
As we know (after many visits to local apartments and the rental experience in Shoreline Apartments), Shoreline Apartments should be regarded as one of the BEST apartments not only in the City of Alameda (the Alameda Island), but also among the BEST ones if compared with other apartments in the country, for example, if comparing with those in New York City.
Management Staff is very professional, responsible; service and customer-oriented. We'd say they are the best management team we have ever experienced. Management and maintenance teams are nice, sincere, warm-hearted, hard-working, diligent, prompt, and always helpful. They follow laws, rules, procedures, while at the same time, they are very much considerable, humane, flexible, listening attentively to tenants' voice and need, and try their best to take good care of their tenants, making this place our sweet home.
They always keep the yard clean, tidy, and safe, they patrol the property day and night. Whenever we have something to repair and maintenance, such work are always done in a prompt manner, though there are two hundred units they have to serve for.
We highly recommend people to consider renting at this apartment and making it a home of your own. It's along the most beautiful part of the beach, near to everything like: walking distance to shopping malls, walking distance to bus stations - 63 Bus to shopping malls, Oakland and 12th Street Oakland BART Station as well as Fruitvale BART Station; W Bus to San Francisco Central Bus Station, etc. also it's near to the highly praised local elementary and high school.
With efficient, sound services received, together with a good, reasonable, yet competitive price set by the company, we believe choosing Shoreline Apartments is one of our best bets.
We have selected to rent in another property belonging to the same management company when we again relocate to other parts of Bay Area, only because of our sweet memories left by their management and maintenance Staff. Again, they earned another business opportunity for the company they're working for.
We totally believe those bad comments downstairs are so much UNFAIR, MEAN and BIASED, that simply don't tell the truth, or at least not appropriate to describe the current situation, this group of management and maintenance staff we are facing day by day. As average renters, our personal experience says it all.
Despite of our Six Amendment Right of Freedom of Speech, people all have their own mouths and judgments, however, if they - the Management and Maintenance Staff and Shoreline Apartments are not so excellent, our couple would rather not write so many lines to cry fair and justice for them, otherwise, it's a waste of our time. This is Bay Area, like Manhattan in New York City, or any other prosperous, busy paced places in the world, we treasure each minute of us, but, truth is truth.
We suggest people come and see the truth. Seeing is believing!
