Shoreline Apartments

Very average - but the view's good From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/21/2002 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002   Overall the apartments are nice - small alcove type kitchens, the plumbing/wiring date back to the seventies when they were originally built, the bathrooms are ok - but not great decor wise. I understand this will improve with new rentals - there seems to be a refit/redecorate going on - but I haven't had the opportunity to look at that. Recently we've had a new management team - the office staff have always been present and fairly professional, tho not great on the actually giving a damn front. The current manager, Gary, I personally find supercilious and slimey, not to mention superfluous! That is, the maintenance crew, in spite of cuts and poor customer service attitude from the management team do an excellent job when they arrive. The view/environment is delightful - but overall I think we pay a premium for pretty average service.
