Black Mold in 100% of the walls From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/21/2003 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2003   The walls contain mold. The buildings should be condemed by the city. The management is horrible and the apartments are way over priced. They have serious plumming problems. Sewage comming up the sinks when someone flushes a toilet. The plummer who came said all buildings have serious plumming issues. 2 cars a week are stolen and last month someone was robbed in a gated garage. Apartments are robbed as well and suspisions point to employees. Management is nvere sensitive to the needs of the tennants.
