Must Read - If you thinking about this place!!!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/21/2003 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003   If I were considering moving into the South Shore Beach & Tennis Club, the should consider the following: * I've had a 20% rent increase in past two years - lastest being a $220 increase * Stereo and Speakers have been stolen out of vehicle underground garage * Plumbing consistantly backed up and maintenance needs to be called out * Tennant in complex recently mugged in underground garage * Gym equipment breaks down frequently and takes several months to be repaired These are some of the things I have experienced - I wouldn't recommment this place to anyone.
