Not bad From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/6/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   The best of the worst, given the 60s/70s style of shoreline apartments. You definitely pay high end if you compare to comparable units in Alameda. Haven't had any real problems. But be warned facing Shorepoint Court or Shoreline Dr. is noisy. If it's not garbage collection it's the traffic. I can hear my neighbour above me and his overwatering of his balcony plants causes a downpour on my balcony and items every so often. I wouldn't trust street parking overnight. The women in the leasing office have been condescending or have a real phony (you're being a pain in the ass) friendliness to them so i avoid them if i can.
