nice place to live From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/9/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   I've read some of the negative reviews and I haven't experienced anything like they say has happened. All of the appliances in my apartment and the carpet were brand new. My maintenance requests were met promptly and the grounds are kept up very nice. The maintenance and management staff are very nice. My rent didn't increase when I renewed my lease and I was given money off of the first month of my renewed lease as an incentive.
