good apartment From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/23/2005 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   I stayed at SSBTC for 1 year and had a good experience. The grounds were well maintained except where there was construction. My apartment was pretty good. I had two problems during the year: 1) there was water leakage from the bathroom above me; the staff responded quickly, the leak was stopped within a few hours and the ceiling was repaired within a few days 2) several of the electrical outlets did not work. Parking was fine, the gym was nice, the TV in the common area was broken, the tennis courts were plentiful but had some cracks. The beach was a little crappy.
