OK, there is no more peace of mind and the place is no longer seems to be safe for me, so I have moved out. The college students from College of Alameda rented the apt above me and I am sure there were at least 4-6 guys squeezing in and living in the 2 bedroom apartment. The noise from these people were totally intolerable.
So, I moved out and did the clean up carefully, make sure everything were ok before I handed in the key. Several weeks later, I received my security deposit check of $1 dollar. No return phone call from the management.
Please save the hassle of cleaning up the place when you move out!

I am stuck with a family above me! IT IS RIDICULOUS the amount of noise they make! I HATE THIS PLACE!!! I can not wait for my lease to expire...that is if they are in business that long. Parking is a nightmare!!!! And what is the point of the gate, it does not keep anyone out, they can just follow someone in.

Legally the apartment management has to give a written statement about how much was kept from the security deposit and what for. Contact Kennedy-Wilson Management Group in Sacramento at 916-847-6500. I got immediate response from them regarding my security deposit.
