I think Summer house is one of the best things to happen to Alameda. They did a great job renovating the place inside and out. Wow! When I saw the model unit I was surprised (in a good way) and very much impressed. Beautiful new cabinets, accent walls, even the smallest details. Plus it's so close to everything. I took a 12 month lease and I am very much satisfied.

It has been a month. Do you still feel that way? If so, you probably work here or are friends with someone who does. In some way, you are biased.
