Ok this is going to be challenging because there is so much to write here, so i will do it in small paragraphs. When we first moved in we thought, wow this place looks nice, lots of room, not alot of neighbors in the area as of yet and plenty of parking. Well how it is has all changed.

Lets start with noise, EVERY night I am awoken to the sound of my upstairs neighbor, whether its vacuming at 4 30 am or yelling at her ex at 12 am, I truely feel like I know what it is to live with a crazy person. I can hear people stomping down stairs slamming doors in other apartments across the way. The walls are paper thin. 8 noise complaints to the leasing office, no resolution. I'v even called the police twice to try and curtail it, no luck. Should i decide to move these documented instances will be my ammo.

Parking'' Are u kidding me' We have ample parking in front of our building, yet when they decided to assign spots, mine is across the complex'' Oh and I only get one, so my gf who works late has to park outside the complex...at least i was able to threaten enough to get a second remote for the gate' 2 bedroom apt one spot, umm HELLO!! The gate' yeah so much for security. Only thing it has solved is me not being able to receive fedEx packages becasue management has given them no way to get in, and made me have to walk out to the gate everytime a friend comes over because the phone enrty from the apartment doesn;t work. Completely worthless and such a a huge incoveinnvce. Another thing that was originally was promised was covered parking, that never happened AND they have the nerve to tell me that the spots may have to be made smaller to allot for more spaces once more people move in.

When we first started moving in , we had basic utilities, ie water shut off every other day for construction, and guess what'' the wizards at the leasing office would sometimes "forget" to send out notices, talk about illegal. We also have to pay for everything now, power, trash, water, gas, cable, etc.

My neighbor yesterday had her power shut off for 2 hours before maintenance showed up and said, "oh sorry we got confused on which circuit breaker was which." This ruined her dinner party of 10, who all had to go out while she stayed at home crying and yelling on the phone. Nice work Summerhouse.

My apartment has nearly flooded twice due to water coming through the bathroom ceiling, but as they say, "its nothing major just a little pipework to be repaired".

I saw two guys making a huge drug deal in a car 30 feet from my building, didn't need the trouble best to let them do their thang.

The washing machine and dryers periodically stop working and instead if putting a sign on them, they let you and you $1.50 figure it out the hard way.

Seriously you couldn't try to make so much go wrong.

THIS PLACE IS A JOKE, I'VE NEVER HAD SUCH BAD MANAGEMENT....YOU ARE CRAZY TO MOVE IN, I'VE GOT 4 MONTHS LEFT AND THEN I AM RUNNING!!!!
