Truly one of the worst mistakes I've made. I saw the model, decided to move in. Was promised a 3rd floor apartment and when the apartments were actually made available to see (1 week before my move in date), they had put me in a 2nd floor apartment. Within 2 days of living here, I demanded a new apartment. I was below a young woman with a 2yo who screamed at her child & boyfriend endlessly and above a woman with 2 GIANT dogs, both in the 100lbs range, which barked endlessly. Bait & switch, for sure.

When it came time to move to a different building, I got NOTHING for my troubles. Infact, it took 2 months for them to return my deposit for the old place. When I arrived in the new place, the toilet did not work for 10 days! 10 days!! I could not use my shower or toilet because it was backed up and was leaking all the way through to the 1st floor (i'm now on the 3rd). They asked me to use a model in another building!! Know what it's like to have to get fully dressed in the middle of hte night and go outside to another building to pee' Let alone getting ready for work, as I couldn't use the shower either. Crappy service doesn't even come close.

Workmanship is horrible, noise is mind blowing. The dogs are really out of hand. And the parking issue is truly a disaster. I am across the entire complex, and I too have yet to have the gate call me successfully. Ghetto ghetto ghetto. I with there had been posts before I moved here. My lease is up in september and I'll definitely be leaving. I can barely stand to be here now!!

Management is really bad - they talk to the talk, but for real, they ignore everything you say. Could not care less about whatever issue you may have. Like the ------- dog that is in the balcony across from me that whines and whines and whines becasue their owner leaves it on the balcony. Oh, and its a pitbull.

The kids run rampant here, shouting and yelling at all hours of the day and night, clearly their parents don't give a rat's ass about where they are, let alone if they are being destructive. Came home one day to eggs being thrown in the doors of the elevator - slimy, stinky & disgusting.

Don't be fooled, like I was. STAY AWAY - no luxury here!!

Everything this review said happened to me as well. After numerous complaints to the office (no one ever responded) I finally contacted the Kennedy-Wilson Multi-Family Management Group at 310-887-6400. They responded to me immediately. I suggest anyone who has suffered in this apartment complex call KW management and file a complaint. Maybe if enough of us do it then things will change.
