Can't wait to get the hell out.

plumbing is old and needs fixing (they knew about these problems but didn't care to try to fix anything) but they haven't done anything about it so it backs up into apartments, carpet quality is just above indoor/outdoor and is a hideous shade of brown, rooms are small (small layouts), cabinets are poor quality (think cheaper than Ikea put together on a budget), refrigerator is smaller side of normal, they don't really give you more room with more BRs (they just take out some features of the smaller apartments (like an extra closet) to give you more BRs so they cut convenience and amenities to give the extra space, quality of the people is poor (they bragged about the quality of the people moving in before I signed my lease), parking lot gate does NOTHING for security, no locks on doors to the building, windows and doors are inferior quality, screen door has no lock on it, poor insulation so you can hear people down the hall and next door, closet doors aren't on tracks so they are hard to slide, management used to be better but all the great people left for one reason or another when the new management company took over, now the staff is sub-par at best, maintenance in an emergency doesn't respond to being paged.
on the up side, beautiful pool (though unheated) and nice landscaping.
OVERALL: rent is too high relative to what they are giving you, they billed it as a luxury type community and didn't deliver in the least. Don't buy into the pretty community pictures...nothing in the apartment is as nice as the outside.
