First of all WOW, I can t believe I am stooping to all of your level by writing this comment.

I have lived here at Summer House for 6 months and I must say; the ONLY reason I am on this web site (wasting my time like all of you do) is because I referred someone from my work to live here at Summer House, I was excited about the referral fee of $500. My friend loved the apartment, left a deposit to move in and then cancelled her move in because of what she read on this web site.

I decided to see what it was she read to make her second guess a place I had decided to move into. After reading on this ratings.com, this is what I found, a whole lot of people who must have no time on their hands, I am sure that your employer is not paying you to sit on the web and write negative comments about apartments.

I live in building 535 and I have NOT dreaded my stay. Of course there are the maintenance needs, like a toilet that needs plunging, and a light to be replaced; but for the most part, I enjoy having a maintenance crew to service my needs rather than living in a house which would require me to do maintenance myself.

You all are just complainers and instead of having OCD about posting comments on the web for Summer House, how about you spend time on the web finding a charity to help. Use the money your boss is paying you while you waste your company s time to help someone who really needs the help. Just like Karen Jefferson said in a posting, there are starving children all over the world, stop being so selfish. By the way, thanks for making me miss out on the $500. Real cool you fReAkS!

Get off your high horse and be grateful your friend didn't move in because you wouldn't have been friends for long afgter recommending "Slummer House." Living there was absolutely the worst apartment rental experience I've had in nearly 30 years of renting. We're not all complainers -- we're just trying to spare people the misery we had living there.

You proved my point exactly when you conveyed you???re a PAST Resident and you still spend your time coming back to apartmentratings.com to write about an apartment you USED to live in. You are clearly using this web site as your personal chat room, why don???t you try doing a chat room that is a little more optimistic about life Mr. Negative Nancy. People like you hate their life and you want everyone else to hate their life too because you feel like the world is out to get you. Come on, it is an apartment complex, you have moved away; get on with your life. Find something else to do. Please spare yourself and stop wasting your time. And as for the $500 referral fee, it really is not that big of a deal, I just knew it was a catchy headliner. Well 535 must be a great building to live in...you must have really nice quiet neighbors who you don't have to call the POLICE on because they constantly play loud music that makes your apartment shake late at night while your 2 little kids are trying to sleep and you must not live close to the apartment that has monthly Rave parties...oh and you must not have seen the pimp over by the garabage dumpsters beating his ----- up. This place is a ----in dump, the staff sucks, the walls are paper thin...neighbors are disrespectful. Domestic violence happens everynight right across the way from my window. You must have lucked out on the location of your apartment. You should be glad your friend didn't move here they saved themselves alot of stress. I wouldn't refer anyone to this piece of ---- place they call luxury.

I don't know anyone who is happy here and I would not refer a friend with all the plumbing problems here. At least don't let them live on the first floor. I know two people that has had a sewage pipe break in their apartment to find three inches of sewage on their floors. The plumber says he comes out to Summer House three times a month. I wish I was making this up but I am not.

awww man, my dumpster didn't have no pimp! Probably because the whole thing was filled with garbage-you couldn't even walk into the place. Tha's probably why the pimp was over at your dumpster. luckily my building was fairly quiet-because nobody lived in it-everyone moved out-including me. If you actually like that place then your probably from the projects or something-oh snap! Sorry you didn't get your $500 FREAK

WOW! I lived at Summer House for 10 out of 13 months, I had to get the heck out of there. I actually lived in 3 different units because the plumbing was so bad in the 1st two units. I can say thanks to Summer House I will never move into another place with out googling it first.

Wow you must think so highly of your friend since they obviously wasted there boss' time by coming on this website. I know they have outlawed computers at home so the only way anyone could possibly come on this website is at work.. you are a pathetic individual. So what you have had a great experience, guess your friend doesnt think too much of your opinion., but not everyone is having your experience. How dare anyone who has had a bad experience express that. Well back to my day of wasting my companies time.. good thing i work for myself
