I have had all the same problems these people have had. When I moved in there was mold on my bathroom ceiling, and when I finally got them to come and take care of it they just painted over it and left my bathroom a mess. within the first month my parking spot was used by someone else 3 times and the guard told me to park outside. The guest parking is took up by the residents, and you have to walk a half a mile home from your parking spot.I hear the people who live above me all night long, and the people below me bang on their ceiling when my 4 yr old son is playing with his toys in the evening.You need a key to open the elevator, what is this prison. The staff is fake and they do not help you in any way what so ever. when I was looking at the apartment my mom asked about the complaints on this site with the noise, and the lady replied that its just a bitter person complaining, and that its just like any other apartment. also my fire alarms have went off twice i called the office they said someone would be there to turn them off well they never showed. I hate this place!

the fire alarms here go off so much that if there really ever was a fire people probably wouldn't do anything because they would think it was just another false alarm. And I agree with everything else you said-this place is beyond bad.

This apartment complex is rolling dow the hill. Did you receive the notice about rent payment policy? It tells you what kind of people they let move in. When you offer $99 to move in, you must expect that this will be the last payment ever made. As for the noise, I can hear every step my nieghbors make, but can't really blame them except the fact that they are dusguastingly overweight. With these floors, every little girl playing will make a lot of noise. This place was a trash a few years ago "Harbor Island Apts" and it is going in the same direction. Run for your lives people.
