So.. i live at the Summer House apartments.
what's bad about summer house'
It's not my dream home, there is brown carpet (come one a new carpet and it's brown.. what a horrible taste!), the girls that you have to deal with if you have a problem are just useless: they have been put there because they are cute, not because they are smart or good at what they do.
I didn't have too many problems with the plumbing, but i heard about people that had.. but i can tell you what i did when i had this kind of problems : i asked nicely at first and when i didn't get what i wanted i got extremely mad, went where those chicks work and get extremely upset.. well they did what they needed to do.

What's good about summer house'

It's the cheapest place that you can find without being in danger.
it's cute enough, all the apts either have balconies or patios
It's pet friendly
the parking is gated (and yes you have to walk a bit but come on... is it really killing you'')



what i'm trying to say is that summer house is not hell, but it's a big apartament complex.
And as any apartament complex is going to be loud,people will annoy you and i bet that you will annoy some people as well, you are not going to have a personal relationship with your landlord and it's going to take a longer time to have your s**T taken care of.

If you want to leave in a community with no noise, no smokers, no pets, no children... well move to a single family home..
If you choose to leave in a big ass apartment complex.. well.. deal with it and save!
