The Summer house apartments are the worst place to live.
-The mgmnt is horrible!
-The quality of the apartment is extremely poor!
-The plumbing is a nightmare!
-The parking is a joke!
-Did I mention the mgmnt is rude, ignorant, and they will tell you nothing but lies!
-Everyone on grounds feels the same and not one person I have spoken with will renew a lease here.
-save yourself, you can rent a house for less money and be a lot happier!
-noise through the walls and floors is an understatement. you will know your neighbors better than you want to!

I could actually hear my neighbors downstairs sneeze. I now live in a wonderful apartment where I've never had a parking problem, the management is competant and friendly, I have not once heard my upstairs neighbors' baby cry, my rent check has never gotton "lost" and I have my own utility meters. Slummerhouse was the worst mistake I ever made. If you're thinking about living here - don't do it. You WILL regret it.
