i moved in about two month ago. first, noise is a hugh issue. walls r so thin u can hear everything. u puch it hard maybe u can even make a whole. parking is a joke. u get an assign spot but where is the poing where someone else always park and the management won't make that big of a deal. u tell them and all they say is we'll tow it. mean while, u got no place to park. they don't care. all i wanted was to come home after work, park without any problem, and rest quitely. they couldn't even do that.. one time, i had to tow cars three days in a row. sad sad sad... as soon as you move in, management won't care... laundry machings are $1.75.. what's weird, building next to mine, theirs is $1.50.... stupid. no good reason to move in here. just don't

the parking is being resolved now with stickers matching spots, which should cut down on the problem. The walls are thin, but they are in most apartment buildings I've lived in. If your washers aren't the same as they are in other buildings, then tell management or call the coinmach people and they will fix it.

Think this response just MIGHT have been written by management? It took two years to resolve the parking problem - what does that tell you! And most apartment walls are not as paper thin as this place. I could actually hear my neighbors downstairs sneeze. I now live in a wonderful apartment where I've never had a parking problem, the management is competant and friendly, I have not once heard my upstairs neighbors' baby cry, my rent check has never gotton "lost" and I have my own utility meters. Slummerhouse was the worst mistake I ever made. If you're thinking about living here - don't do it. You WILL regret it. I contacted Sentinal Fair Housing and they helped me get out of my lease with no penalty AND get all of my deposit refunded. You CAN fight back and win - don't let these scumbag crooks get away with breaking the law; and don't live there one second longer than you have to. Don't believe the lie that "one disgruntled tenant is writing all the comments" because it isn't true. I talked to sooooo many other tenants who had all the same complaints as me.

The noise definitely carries between apartments. I get up in the morning and go to brush my teeth and I can hear my upstairs neighbor using the toilet. :S
