Look I understand some of the complaints listed.However, they have been working very hard to take care of everything. We have the new tow truck company and I have not had issues with my space since. We have a new security company and they seem to be doing a good job. The best improvement of all has been the pool. It is clean this year and thanks to the new pool monitor there are no longer rowdy kids throwing the furniture into the pool and basically making it so no one over 16 could enjoy it. It is down right peaceful now. So if you are considering a new place to live consider it. I would recommend seeing the apartment on the weekend or evening so you can get a sense of your individual building because of course it is still an apartment complex.

I agree - everything he wrote is 100% true. Do NOT rent an apartment here as you will regret it. I contacted Sentinal Fair Housing and they helped me get out of my lease with no penalty AND get all of my deposit refunded. You CAN fight back and win - don't let these scumbag crooks get away with breaking the law; and don't live there one second longer than you have to. Don't believe the lie that "one disgruntled tenant is writing all the comments" because it isn't true. I talked to sooooo many other tenants who had all the same complaints as me.

You are soooo right that place is a dump, and the person that states they are so happy probably is part of the Leasing office, because that place is a dump, you can here people having sex, smoking dope, and just about everything else you can imagine, and the rent is so crazy, you can rent a house for what they are charging for just one parking spot and you have a family of 3 and everyone has a car. Stupid right!! so don't be fooled by one dummy who thinks they have found their pot of gold at the end of the rainbow.. They are probably use to living in the Ghetto, and just don't know any better shame on them

That's funny everytime I post anything the same first post ends up. As to the second post, I am not part of the leasing office, I am not an idiot and I don't think it's a pot of gold it just isn't as bad as you say. You were most likely evicted. I have lived in Pacific Heights in the city and in Encino and many very nice places. I am a professional that makes very good money and not a "ghetto" person at all. IT IS AN APARTMENT AND YOU WILL HEAR (correct spelling)PEOPLE. Get over yourself!

http://daviswiki.org/FPI_Management Check out FPI's history before renting at this place. The company is not reputable and the place is really becoming a dump! Crime's are commited, the fire and police department are there hourly. WARNING- DO NOT RENT HERE UNLESS YOUR DESPERATE!!!
