Management: Pick the rite person to help u out or else ur problem will never be solve. Ask the two young ladies. i think the older oriental lady is the boss and she snubby!!!

There no ventlating inside the apt. Only thing u can do is leave all the windows and sliders open. The hall smells different everyday depends on wat the resident cooking mix with some old paint odor.

Parking is a pain in the a$$ people will parking ur space n if ur parking someone else parking spot it wil get towed even if you tell them u'll move the car rite away. fee $275

laundry Room: Only 2 out of 3 washer and dryer works even when they just installed it in the beginning of this month.

Elavator: is sloooooow. you can walk up the third floor and down before the person thats taking the elavator.

security is a joke i never see them around. Oh yeah my gf told me someone got rob while smoking by two white guys.

Im going to try n get out of my lease as soon as i can

Noise: you will hear noise!!!!!

I live here and can't wait until my lease is us. Just last week two BMWs were on blocks as someone stole their rims. Of course things happen but its unacceptable when you are supposed to have 24hr security patrol right? parkig is a pain in the A** and the front office is Whack especially since Penny and Michelle left.

Wow.. thanks for the info. I havent moved in that long. i just hope things dosent get any worse. Also hope things goes well for u also. I also heard some tenants apts were broking into, which makes me feel more paranoid.
