Well lets see..The cops are always there... Shady looking people... Horrible Parking... and absolutely rude management staff... What are the pluses.. well the apartments are good size and the grounds are pretty. I do think that they are trying to clean this place up, but they have a long ways to go.

They've been supposedly trying to "clean this place up" for years. I think it's a lost cause. It's just sad that people are putting up with the same kind of nonsense for a lot more money.
