	Really wasn't happy here. The neighbors were not very friendly and management was slow to fix problems like the leaky sink. Parking was absolutely awful and the rent was way too high.

	When you have great walking paths, the Bay, and the views right in your own backyard, any apartment building will share some of that brilliance. The Tradewinds, run by a couple from Romania, rates "Fairly good" in all areas but ... more
