This is a well run buildging. I speak from experience having been at two other locations in Alameda. Nice new paint job, new entry, new lndscaping going in when I was leaving. CLEAN apartment. I looked at a lot, and Villa Marina was the ONLY one I felt would not have to be cleaned again before I moved in. The fitness center is big with a good range of equipment. The weekly farmers market is right there. Two cafes nearby. I walk at at Crab Cove. I got transfered to LA or would still be here.
