not very noisy nor quiet too but if you live in the first or second floor you would hear the noises of people walking, closet door moving...on the floor just above yours. If they are not so considerate then its a problem at night. I'm tolerable but my wife isn't. I wonder if the tenant above us would ever sleep at night, making noises even at 3am.
Water is free but they shutdown every now and then for maintenance from 2 to 4 hours during a week day. I wonder what would be there to maintain every now and then, almost 3 or 4 times a month, i don't keep the exact count.
First floor units don't have a patio. I would recommend living in the 2nd or 3rd floor. You may not feel it first but you would after moving in.
Pros
1. bathroom has a window
2. car park right next to your bedroom window in first floor
3. large bedroom
4. walkable distance to park, schools, restaurants
5. ferry to san francisco
cons
1. no patio in first floor
2. noisy to some level but tolerable
3. fitness center is a joke, may be thats just for me
4. water shut off for maintenance 3 or 4 times a month
