I liked this complex, definitely enjoyed the two years I was here. While it's not the quietest in the world perhaps, it's hardly any noisier than any other apartment complex. You simply can't expect silence in an apartment. I'll also admit that the manager doesn't have terribly steady office hours, but you see her around the building quite often and she has not problem stopping and chatting about anything you'd like. Perhaps the fact that I rarely if ever had any maintenance issues makes it seem like less of a hassle to me!

My one complaint would be parking?there is no guest parking and only having one spot per apartment can be a major hassle if you have two cars. Now I?ll admit, we made no effort to get a spot from another tenant (many don?t have cars and don?t use their spots) so we could have saved ourselves the hassle of parking on the street, but we didn?t. And we rarely had to park more than two blocks away.

So overall it?s a great complex, beautiful little town, and I?d be staying if we hadn?t gotten a bigger place!
