Very well maintained, good value From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/22/2002 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002   I dont know what the guy complaining about the manager story was. This is a really fresh, sharp buildging. It has just (July 2002) been painted. My apartment has new carpet and frsh paint. Spotless when I moved in. The whole place seems VERY quiet to me. Big gym with good equipment, nice pool. Flowers, good landscaping. I walk to shop at the farmers market and to the beach at Crab Cove. Best in the area.
