VERY nice From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/19/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   Been at the Waterfront fro six months. This is a killer location. Right on the best part of the beach and a block from all shopping. I have never rented apartments that have been so clean and so well prepared. New everything. And clean. I mean really clean. Bldg is quiet. Mgr is a cupcake. Happy here.
