Wavecrest Lanai Apartments

Ok... if you don't need a lot of space From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/14/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   The complex is great, the grounds are well-kept. And here's the but... The apartment is incredibly small if you've got regular-sized furniture. The kitchen is so tiny, you can't even put a microwave on any of the counter! Also, the foundations are sagging (it's built on landfill), so one part of the apartment is higher than the other... kind of scary! The aparttments were built in the 1960's, and not much has been done to upgrade except for purely cosmetic enhancements.
