Very nice place From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/23/2002 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002   I rented here from out of state, so did not see it first. Was a little nervous. Manager was very helpfull. Am quite happy with the place. Best location in Alameda for me. Beach and shopping right here. I looked at a buch of others in Southshore since. None of them were as clean or as nice for the money. They are really doing a lot here. The whole front landscaping was ripped out and roofs replaced(amess and lot of noise glad it is finished) Vercy nice new landscaping. Manager says they are painting next. Found it on their website www.werent.com Has floor plans which helped us.
