this place is "the pits" I just moved out since I was living in a place that faced the pool area. The manager and her "gang" would party outside my window and I heard some horrific conversations. They made me pay cash for repairs to my apartment or it would not get fixed.

not recommended at all stayed here for more than a year. office staff quite nice when I first moved in. but everything changed when I sent out my move-out notice. The staff gave me all the cold faces and tried to squeeze every penny out of me. geez. not a good experience at all.
