Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
We lived here for one year and generally it's ok for us if not mentioning that not everyone is given a storage room in the parking lot - you probably have to persistently ask for it and then maybe they will give you one.

Nearby bart rail is very annoying.

Without providing specific reason they're increasing the rent to current tenants while other rental places are decreasing theirs now.
