Horrible place to live - I lived in this place for 2 years. It was bad experience. I had to wait for weeks for repairs, even in emergency cases. The carpets are very old, sliding doors of the closets are falling apart. The landlord is very stingy person, she loves to collect the rent but not spending money to buy any thing. Great Staff, Board are dictators The property is kept very nice. The staff and manager are very nice and responsive. The board treats the place like their own fiefdom. Very autocratic, very confrontational, not too friendly. They do like their rules though.

Avoid this place!!! I lived there for one year. I like the location. However the following issues should be enough to scare you away:
1. Noisy (if you live in units facing the freeway).
2. Terrible security. We had several break-ins through the garage.

not recommended. We lived here for one year and generally it´s ok for us if not mentioning that not everyone is given a storage room in the parking lot - you probably have to persistently ask for it and then maybe they will give you one.
