Horrible place to live I lived in this place for 2 years. It was bad experience. I had to wait for weeks for repairs, even in emergency cases. The carpets are very old, sliding doors of the closets are falling apart.

Great for us! This is a diverse community with all age groups here. The majority are young people, most of whom have children and most of whom are Asian American. There are not very many older people. Our neighbors are very friendly.

Great Staff, Board are dictators The property is kept very nice. The staff and manager are very nice and responsive. The board treats the place like their own fiefdom. Very autocratic, very confrontational, not too friendly. They do like their rules though.

It is a nice place to live, but current management sucks! I have lived here for quite a while, it is beautiful, convenient to transportaion and shopping. However, the current manager leaves a lot to be desired.

Avoid this place!!! I lived there for one year. I like the location. However the following issues should be enough to scare you away:
1. Noisy (if you live in units facing the freeway).

not recommended. We lived here for one year and generally it´s ok for us if not mentioning that not everyone is given a storage room in the parking lot - you probably have to persistently ask for it and then maybe they will give you one.
