Very Thin Walls - I lived here since 2004. The price is reasonable compared to other apartments in this area. And the one-bedroom apartment is spacious. Geat Area ! I recently moved here I found the manager to very easy to talk with and honest. Explained everything in detail. Maintenance is a little slow but tries to be please. They appear to be going thought a period where they are updating and improving the property.

Almost no hot water in apartment The water heater sucks!! When you shower in the morning, you get 15 to 20 minutes of warm or cold water and then about 5 minutes of hot water. When you shower at night, you get warm or cold water ONLY. Manager can't do anything about it. Think twice

bad manager amando rents to anyone and dont take app. since he has been the manger peoples car get broken into and stolen i am trying to get a hold of the onwer now so i can show and tell him how he rents one bedroom apt to 20 ppl. and how rough they are cause i have pictures and video to prove it.

This was a very nice complex to live. I moved out in june 06 and I found my ~2yr stay very peaceful and comfortable. And the price is not expensive for So. CA rent rates.

recently moved it Just recently moved in. Apartment is a bit old and a bit dirty. Flys and fleas are everywhere. You will also see cats. Ok management, you just have to follow-up closely. But it has great location. Other than my annoying neighbor, the apartment is overall quiet.
