High Noise Level.....but good overall

Extremely high noise levels, if you live on the Aliso Creek side, otherwise it's fairly quiet.
Office staff is very personable and sympathetic to any concerns, but corporate/mgmnt still prevents any solution to problems, without a large price tag attached.
Parking is a hassle. We have a garage for one car, but if you arrive home after work after 6:15, best of luck finding a spot within a mile of your apt. Note: If you do park in front of your garage late at night, they will have your car towed at 7:00am the next morning, without so much as a courtesy knock, or phone call to have you move. Our tow charges were in excess of $400-
