I have lived at Alicante for the past 4 years and have never had any problems that were not addressed by the management. The old management had a very good handle on managing this large community. The new owners took over in about April. People should give them a chance to prove themselves. There is a woman named Char in the office who has been nothing but professional and helpful to any of our concerns. The parking can be a problem when people don't use there garages but they do check them.
