We recently had a horrible experience at The Promenade Apts in Mission Viejo (see my post at http://aptratings.com/rate/vd/949364722492692/false/152429. and we ended up stumbling upon the Alicante. The staff is absolutely WONDERFUL; they are attentive and genuinly care about your needs!


The apartment was clean and in totaly order when we moved in with a just a weeks notice! There were no problems with anything not working and they are just adorable! I know some people have ants but we have had only come across a total of 2 ants so far LOL We live in the building facing Aliso Creek Road and we do NOT hear any noise except the occasional dog bark. All of the neighbors are really courteous and even offered to help us move our couches upstairs; just and awesome group of people. We have had NO problems with parking and have never had to walk far! The business center is neat, clean and soooooooooo nice to do work in. We haven?t rented the social room yet but plan to; it is awesome with a bar, big screen and MORE!!! The fitness center and pool area is ALWAYS clean and working and not too crowded! We get a bit more junk mail but there are trash cans right near the mail area so it is not difficult to just throw it away before we return to our apartment ?


I am not scared walking to get the mail or to go to the fitness center at night...it is very well lit!


This morning when I left for work the staff was in the parking lot handing out coffee and hot cocoa to those who were on their way out to work/school!!!! HOW NICE IS THAT!!!!!



11/20/2003 - WE LOVE THIS PLACE; EVERYONE IS SOOOO GREAT AND THE APT IS BEAUTIFUL - WE HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH IT AT ALL...WE LOVE THE ALICANTE APTS AND WILL RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE WE KNOW!!!
