LET ME TELL YOU ANY POSITIVE REVIEWS IS FALSELY WRITTEN BY A MANAGEMENT TEAM POSING AS A HAPPY RENTER IN AN EFFORT TO SUCK YOU INTO A WORLD OF LIES, LIES, LIES. This management team at the Alicante Apartments and the entire staff of used car sale persons (meaning male/female) will suck you into their scheme of 1/2 of rent for a few months, low deposits, and show you units that are prearranged with luxury furniture as part of their ploy to bait you into a lease in a WORLD OF ----! THERE F**CKING Accountant Lupe needs to verify funds has been paid for rent before barking at the wrong tree. (thankfully my records are in order) These poeple aka Management do NOT give a rats ass about anything except making their qoutas for lies lies lies to all prosepective renters. Here are (3) reasons why you should NOT I mean NOT rent at this --------!
1.) The Business Center- The business center is not what it is cracked up to be considering the fax machine is broken and only dials local numbers and does not receive faxes properly due to memory problems. The computer does NOT have internet access and no matter how manhy times you bring this up tio the management team nothing will be done about it.
2.)RATS & ANTS- Sis you know the Alicante apartments were built on a F**king ant hill' Yes, thats true ants, spiders, and all sorts of critters seem to come and go into everyones apartments. RATS No kidding big F**cking rats too! These rats own the ground floor units and the garages if you are lucky enough to get a garage. WARNING: If you have a small dog the rats are pretty aggresive. Not to mention their is one renter I heard from several sources that their dog has attacked (2) dogs and one person and this freak is still living at the Alicante Apartment$.(Go figure)I live far from that incident, but that was the topic at the pool.
3.) If you are in a sticky situation and need a place to live but expect a quite place DO NOT COME TO THE ALICANTE APARTMENTS becuase I personally have seen the Police Department visit these apartments for Domestic beatings several times in the past few weeks alone. If you are looking at an apartment and the management team attempts to stick you on at an apartment on Aliso Creek Road then you need to bring your F**cking headphones to block out the noise of the traffic/party people walking from the local bar/and the industrial businesses work generate additional noise.
If after reading these (3) reason why you should NOT move into the Alicante Apartments located in Aliso Viejo and you are still thinking about it, Then you would be a perfect candidate for the JERRY SPRINGER SHOW.
This place will never meet the "Melrose Place" standards of living. This message was brought to you by someone that is extramely fed up with the excuses the management team of the Alicante Apartment provides to the renters they suck into this crappy style of living.
One last thing, The price does NOT match the hassles of living in this trailor park.
