My renewal is coming up in June and mind you, I have lived here since the beginning. That would make about four renewals and I keep signing. Alicante is not bad, and I love it. Whenever I have had a problem it has been solved in a resonable time frame and the office staff is friendly. Every year I always look around at the different complexes but it really doesn't compare.
