Overall, Alicante is a nice place to live. We didn't have many problems here so we can not really rate the staff, but when we did run into one or two, they were always friendly. The biggest problem we had living here in the year that we did was the ANTS. Those crazy ants went up three stories to invade our apartment! But this issue is one that occurs with almost any new complex. The parking here is never an issue unless you come home at 2AM, then you will be parking a bit farther out. The pool is never heated but it didn't stop us from enjoying it in the summer. Noise is kind of an issue only because you can hear everything going on in the carports from your apartment and vice versa.
