Bait -n- Switch Techniques......
I have lived here for close to (2) years and I am loooking forward to departing this apartment complex. (I think they can HEAR me typing I am so close.)
This apartment complex let's LOW LIFE SCUM move into this complex. Since living here I have seen a high number of tenants move-in and out of this complex almost as fast as the employee turn overs. There has been a new management staff here for (2) months. A fresh trained bunch of LIERS.

ALL DOWNSTAIRS units have POOP right outside their windows from careless SCUM this NEW management team has rented to. They do not enforce the rules about picking up yer POOP. The units have ants and I have a very clean inside unit and still get ants.

This is a perfect example why such a beautiful new community of Aliso Viejo will eventually be victim to a higher crime rate because of worthless SALES TRAINED Staff that pull the old BAIT -N- SWITCH Technique.

I would suggest to any potential renter to go to the local Sheriff office and ask for a available report on how many times the Police department has been called out to the Alicante Apartments' THESE FACTS WILL AMAZE YOU! THEY JACK YOUR RENEWAL LEASE AND DISCRIMINATION IS A CUT & DRY CASE.....
I am looking forward to moving out of this place however I have met a few sincere and nice neighbors but for the most part their is STINKY ----, RUDE LYING FAKE MANAGEMENT LIES,(even the new broads), ANTS, DOG ATTACKS, BOOZE *7) DAYS A WEEK, SKATE BOARDS & KIDS going crazy on the property after the DUMB NEW STAFF DEPARTS.DOMESTIC VIOLENCE, STEREO THEFT, AUTO THEFT, and a POTENTIAL FOR a death. In fact, I will predict some sort of death due to negligence for 2005.
Thanks for reading, I am in the process of DOCUMENTING all these activities for the Corporate Headquarters to see that this staff needs PROPER SUPERVISION.

Your review sounds pretty biased. learn what bait and switch means. You keep talking about poo on the ground but I have seen plenty of memos around the complex telling you to report people who do not clean up after their pets so why dont you do something about it. You rated parking a 1 but you didnt talk about it in your review.

homelessmom - You have a cat in an apartment specifically NOT designated for animal habitation, the constant yelling at your child for your inability to properly care for him, the lack of consideration for those of us who live around you and your continuous fits of anger and rage disturb the peace. Good Riddance!

So true, they do not enforce their rules here. And when you complain, they start checking on you and policing YOU about the littlest things. I've seen so many dogs here that aren't suppose to be here. The one and only reason why we moved in here is because it's the only place in town that lets boxers in. They have a breed restriction they don't enforce. But yet I've seen a bunch of terriers and german shephards and other mixed breeds in this complex.
