Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
I lived there for 18 months and my friends still live there. We unfortunately had to relocate due to job change. Grounds and maintenance were great. All of Aliso Viejo has ant problems but we only had them once (trust me this is amazing) There were occasionally a few noisy teenagers but it was rare and you can have that in any neighborhood. Danielle was really nice but there is one guy there that is a bit shady who looks like a mafia punk. The carpet cleaners did suck but overall it was a great place to live
