Nice units but high cost From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/22/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   The apartment is nice. It has plenty of space and nice bathrooms. Closet space is awesome. Management is mostly nice. Sometimes it seems you can catch them in a mood where they make you feel like an inconvenience. My advice, if you need something from them, catch them on a weekend when they're already geared up for perspective tenants. One pool for all tenants. Ugh. Gym sucks. But they do have a spot to wash your car, which is nice. But the costs is outrageous. I've lived in apartments around California for almost 20 years. I've never had to pay for my own water, sewage, and trash service before. The rent is already high, it should be included. Plus they just raised the cost recently so that bill is now higher than my electric bill. Further, this is also the first time I've ever had to supply my own appliances. Bottom line, if you've got money to burn, it's a good place to live. Not great, but good. If you're on a budget, the combined move-in costs and monthly costs will make you feel ill.
