I made an initial $100 deposit to reserve my apartment, when I found something else I called and canceled within the deadline, they assured me my check would be canceled. A few days later the check shows up on my bank's website as CASHED '!'! I drive there and tell them what happened and asked for my money back. They said they couldn't there ownwers in San Francisco would have to mail me my $100. I was FURIOUS! They stole my money and expected me to wait on behalf of their convenience for the refund, when it WASN'T convenient for me to get $100 stolen that I NEEDED for bills that weekend. (this was a Friday) I told them to give me $100 from petty cash and have the management company refund the office. They said there was no petty cash. So I asked him what money they used in case of emergencies like plumbing issues and a broken window in an apartment.......Uh Uh Uh ....he couldn't give me an answer. and they would not give me my $100 I had to wait two weeks for it. LAZY BA$TARDS

You never lived here moron. Why would you write a review for a site that is for people who have LIVED AT THE APARTMENT COMPLEX? If you cannot resolve an issue with the office that is your problem. Take your crying somewhere else DOUCHE!

While I support your rights to express your opinion on this site (unlike the rude individual who anonymously posted vulgarities), it is highly recommended to put a stop payment on a check in this situation.
