The apt was nice and inexpensive for what my wife and I saw around the area. The only complaint we had was living on the pet friendly side, you have to deal with people constantly leaving their bags of dog crap lying around all over the complex instead of throwing them away. If it wasn't that, then people wouldn't even pick it up with the bags and would leave it in the grass. Other than, it seemed a bit noisy if your apt faced Aliso Creek Rd with all the traffic.
