I have lived here for almost 4 years now and I absolutely love it. The maintenenace usually fix problems the same day I call in a work order and they are all friendly. The office people are nice and welcoming and always make me feel good when I come in to pay rent or pick up a package. I have referred 3 friends to live here so I have friends nearby. The landscaping is always kept up and there is LOTS of parking. If you are looking for a place to call home, I recommend Alicante.
