I have lived here for several years and can not tell you how good this company has been to me. Repairs are done timely, the maintenance are great. Ruth the new supervisor is extremely easy to deal with. I often stop by the office for a cup of coffee and those "fresh baked" LOL cookies even though their like a thousand calories each. I feel like I am definately a resident who is cared for and not just like a rent check like I have felt at other communities I have lived. Overall I rate this place amazing. Wish there was 6 stars.

They treat you great while you are there but try to take all of your deposit when you leave. Know your tenant-landlord law. They cannot charge you for painting except when it is part of a damage repair, such as a hole in the wall. They cannot charge you for normal wear and tear. Take pictures of your apartment! Hopefully, you identified all the flaws, even if they seemed small. If not, they will charge you for them.
