The parking is a joke, tenants with garages are "required" to park in them, but truth be known, NO ONE enforces this rule. They hand out parking permits, but no one checks. Tenants park wherever they please, in the driveways, in front of other peoples garages, causing others to wait for them to move, IF you can find the owner. The insulating is not adquate, noise travels between apts terribly. When you complain, you are considered a trouble maker and they do NOT follow up on complaints. I like the apt location, but for the rent, it is hardly worth it. It would be GREAT if management would just enforce the rules!!!!! I moved here less than a year ago, so can not comment on rent increases. Will I stay' I haven't decided yet, it is one of the only complexes in the area with attached direct access garages. I might stay and HOPE things change''' Not holding my breath though.
