We are moving out after 4 months. The apartment itself was good - lots of room, large deck and closet. Unfortunately the management doesn't care about their renters. They are rude and it takes 3-4 phone calls to get anything fixed. We still do not have a working sliding door, garbage disposal, or heat. My car was damaged probably by all the kids skateboarding. They gave us a piece of paper when we moved in not to skate board or rollerblade. We must have been the only ones who received it. They are noisy. Also, the so-called security gate is open all the time. Visit many times before moving in. Make sure you document everything during the walk through.
